We have three wonderful and affordable function rooms, in addition to a newly renovated open office/studio space. In our Bar Lounge area, we can accommodate up to 100 guests. Our 3rd floor Function Hall accommodates up to 250 people, and our 4th floor Function Hall accommodates up to 200 people. We offer full bar services and can help you plan your event.

PARKING AND ACCESS
Our building has multiple floors with street level access and elevators. Participants may park on Broadway and adjacent streets (in accordance with city signage). There are public parking garages within walking distance. The closest train station is Broadway Station (red line).

CATERING
The use of our event spaces will have access to a kitchen for food preparation and storage. However, we do not provide in-house catering services or related equipment such as serving dishes, serving bowls, or serving utensils. You are welcome to bring in any catering company of your choice.
BAR
We offer in-house bar tending with your event space rental. Over 60 attendees will require 2 bartenders. All beverages must be purchased through Southie Event Spaces. Over 125 attendees will require an additional bus/barback. Please contact manager for bar service pricing.

EQUIPMENT
We have 5ft. round tables and 8ft. rectangular tables (included in your rental). Tablecloths are available, as are dishes and silverware, but we do not provide glassware. A/V equipment is available.
