We can accommodate groups of all sizes for your next gathering. Some examples of events we've hosted:

We have three wonderful and affordable function rooms. In our Bar Lounge area, we can accommodate up to 75 guests. Our 3rd floor Function Hall, The Emerald Room, accommodates up to 250 people. Our 4th floor Function Hall, The Amber Room, accommodates up to 200 guests standing, or up to 130 guests seated. We offer full bar services and can help you plan your event.
PARKING AND ACCESS
Our building has multiple floors with street level access and elevators. Participants may park on Broadway and adjacent streets (in accordance with city signage). There are public parking garages within walking distance. The closest train station is Broadway Station (red line).
CATERING
The use of our event spaces will have access to a kitchen for food preparation and storage. However, we do not provide in-house catering services or related equipment such as serving dishes, serving bowls, or serving utensils. You are welcome to bring in any catering company of your choice.
BAR SERVICE
We offer in-house bartending services with your event space rental. The number of bartenders provided will be based on your guest count. All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (with the exception of juice boxes for children), must be purchased through Southie Event Spaces.
EQUIPMENT AND AMENITIES
We provide 5-foot round tables and 8-foot rectangular tables as part of your rental. At this time, we do not provide table linens, dishes, silverware, or glassware. These items are typically provided by your caterer, if applicable. However, A/V equipment is available for use during your event.
